1. Online reservation

This section gives info about how to confirm, cancel and see your existing booking.

  • how to get discount coupons

    We provide 10% discount coupons on any transportation purchases equal to or over 100 USD. The eligible customers are:
    • Return customers // Must provide proof of earlier booking or payment.
    • Elderly people // Elderly over the age of 70 are eligible for coupon.
    • New customers We will credit 10% back money for liking us on facebook and commenting about our services in any social media, including

    The coupons provided only once per customer within 30 days. Restrictions apply.

  • affordable vs luxury service

    We offer two types of services, an affordable and luxury service. Affordable services include full-size sedans and minivans. Our affordable has Lowest price guarantee*. Luxury vehicles are all black-on-black Town cars, Escalade Cadillacs, Mercedes-Sprinter and more. We have competitive prices prices on our luxury services. We charge 20% service gratuity for all luxury vehicle bookings.
  • how to confirm or cancel booking

    To confirm you booking, please log-in at My Orders section of the booking page. There you can see all your current and previous bookings as well as booking status. In order to cancel your booking, please contact us by calling 1 (888) 909-0125 asap or using contact form. Please be advised we charge 15$ fee for every cancellation. No refunds will be made if cancellation is made within 24 hours.
  • see orders, print receipts & invoices

    Once you place and order with us, our system will automatically email you your username and password details. You can log-in online on our website My Orders page. Once you logged in, you will see detailed booking and payment history. You can also print out your receipt, invoices in a PDF format.
  • automatic email & sms confirmations

    We are happy to announce you that we have setup automatic text message confirmation. Once your make an online reservation, you will receive and email confirmation. We also send automatic text confirmation message to the cell phone you put in the booking form.

  • lowest price guarantee*

    We have two type of services, an Affordable Service and Luxury Service. Our lowest price guarantee apply only to Affordable services, and to certain type of vehicles - sedans and minivans only. Also it is important to understand that we can only compete with legal and established transportation businesses. Gypsy cabs, or taxicabs and other for-hire vehicles that are not duly licensed or permitted are not included - and we do not guarantee to beat their prices. Please read full-details here.
  • special offers

    We have special offers to major destinations including but not limited to Mco to/from Port Canaveral, Universal Studios, Disney World Area, Sea World, International drive and more! Simply choose special offers section while booking online to see flat rates to those destinations. Check our blog to get even more discounts on all offers.
  • road tolls, child seat fees

    Road tolls are calculated from the base area the driver is dispatched from- until he reaches back to that base area (two-way)
    • In-town toll fee:  5$ one-way (Orlando-Kissimee area)
    • Out-of-town toll fee:  7$ one-way (Port, Lakeland, Melbourne area)
    • Child/booster fee:  5$ per seat
    • Infant seat fee:  8$ per seat
    Infants under age 1 are required to have rear-facing infant seat. Please leave a message in the booking form if you need an infant seat.

  • fixed vs hourly rates

    We have fixed prices to major destination in Orlando and out-of-town destinations. We also have hourly rates for each vehicle. Different prices will be shown depending on the vehicle type you choose. Simply go to the "Hourly Hire" section of the booking form and choose the hour and minute you want to hire us. It is especially good and saves you money if you travel to multiple destinations within few hours. The minimum time needs to be chosen is 3 hours.

3. Our vehicles & drivers

Information on our vehicles and how to find our driver.

  • how to find your driver

    If picked up from Airports, we normally pickup from baggage claim area of the airline you came from. Once you disembark airplane, simply head to the baggage area and contact our driver. We will email driver information ahead of time once your online booking is confirmed. If picked up from residential addresses, our drivers will be in your drive-way or other closest possible location.
  • affordable service vehicle types

    Affordable services vehicle types include full-size sedans, suvs, and minivans including but not limited to Nissan Altima, Toyota Camry, Ford Fusion, Dodge Grand Caravan, Toyota Sienna and more. Full-size sedans are restricted to maximum 3 passengers and 3 suitcases for your comfort. Minivans and Suvs can take up to 6 people with maximum 6 pieces of luggage.
  • luxury service vehicle types

    Luxury services vehicle types include Black-on-black Lincoln Town cars, Black Escalade Cadillac ESVs, Black Ford vans, Black-on-Black Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and 25-26 passenger buses of the newest model. We have competitive rates for our luxury vehicles, so please check our rates here.
  • pet and luggage restrictions

    Unfortunately, our policy does not allow to carry pets in our vehicles at this time. However, some our drivers who use their personal (not rented) cars are willing to carry pets for 10$ extra fee. If you have pets, please mention it in the booking form and we will definitely be glad to assist you. Other luggage restrictions apply for unusually large bags, liquid items, boxes or golf bags and more. Please contact us if you have such items as above.
  • lost property and claims

    A passenger who finds any items (personal belongings, etc.) in the vehicle must return it to its owner or give it to the taxi driver. In no circumstances, the customer may hold the driver personally responsible for lost item after leaving the vehicle unless he/she has a clear evidence and proof that the driver has got the lost item. Please contact us by email or phone if you believe you have lost your item in our vehicles.

  • elderly assistance

    We happily provide elderly assistance to every elderly citizens at no charge. Our elderly assistance include assisting with carrying customer luggage and more. Please simply mention in your booking form if you need any support from our drivers while we take you from point A to point B.
  • cash vs credit card payments

    Cash and credit card payment option is available once you complete the booking form. For cash payers, its important to understand that we expect our customers to re-confirm their booking prior 24-48 hours prior to arrival and notify us immediately if your plans change or need to cancel the booking. If you fail to cancel properly ahead of time, or our driver experience any "No Show" - you will be fully responsible for the total amount of the charge. Customers who paid with credit cards ahead of time has no such restrictions!
  • how to get more discounts

    In order to get a discount coupon, simply check out our blog and search for discounts. We regularly publish 10-20% discounts on our blog section. You must log in before you can see the discount coupon. Once you find a discount code, simply enter the code at the at the end of the booking form.
  • refunds and complaints

    We take pride in guaranteeing a full-refund for any undelivered services of any sort of inconvenience cause by us. To get full-refund, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours before the actual trip. No refunds will be issued for short-notice reservations or cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup date.
